Silverleaf Golf Club

Silverleaf Golf Club        The next golf course up on my list of 10 is The Silverleaf Golf Club in Scottsdale, AZ. This course is absolutely incredible and not only is the golf an absolute blast to play, but the experience itself is incredible in its own right.      The course itself is absolutely gorgeous and weaves through the Arizona desert and the small mountains around the course. The course is always kept in perfect shape with the greens running very smooth and the fairways and tee boxes not having a single strand of grass out of place. The practice facilities are incredible as well and built for tour players because they have tour players out there. The time I played out there I had the chance to play through a group that had Kevin Streelman which was a cool experience meeting a 2-time winner on the PGA Tour. Other PGA Tour players that reside out at Silverleaf include the likes of Jon Rahm, Tony Finau, Paul Casey, and various others that play rounds out there occasionally and

Austin Country Club

Austin Country Club          Austin Country Club Website        Austin Country Club is hands down one of the coolest golf courses I have ever played. A lot of people know that Austin Country Club is the host of the Dell Technologies Match Play Tournament which is a professional golf tournament put on by the World Golf Championships in conjunction with the PGA Tour. This is such a great place to play this tournament as it is a great match-play course. And what I mean by that is this course provides so many holes that we golfers call "risk or reward" holes because you can either do very well on the hole by risking it or you can fall apart on a hole by risking it.     ACC is always kept in such good condition and it is obviously up to PGA Tour standards if they have an event there. The course is usually a beautifully lush color of green and everything on the course is there for a reason from the rocks to trees not one thing is out of place out there. Similar to last week's

Great Waters Golf Course at Reynolds Lake Oconee

Great Waters Golf Course  The first golf course on the list of "10 Best Golf Courses I have Played" belongs to Great Waters Golf Course at Reynolds Lake Oconee. This course is located in Eatonton, Georgia on beautiful Lake Oconee. There are multiple courses on the property, but the Greater Waters Golf Course is the one I had the pleasure of playing. The course is absolutely phenomenal. Designed by Jack Nicklaus, it has beautiful green fairways and clean-cut greens. The course is surrounded by the lake and towering trees that line the holes. The front nine and back nine are polar opposite scenic routes that create a sense of two different golf courses. The front nine is mostly tree-lined with no sight of the lake until the 9th hole which is directly behind the green and runs for miles. The back nine has the lake in view or in play on almost every single hole. Many of the holes on the back nine require you to play a shot over water with the waves crashing up onto the sides of t
